 "CeeCee planned and catered a Halloween open house for me in October.  She was fantastic to work with – both professional and creative.  She helped me think through the party plan, and developed a perfect menu for the season and for the number of guests.  She coordinated all of this with me while working around my difficult schedule.  The night of the party I didn’t have to think of anything but chatting with friends and neighbors as she made sure that all of the food remained well stocked.  The food was as planned, but so much better than I imagined.  It was both tasty and invitingly displayed.  All the guests commented on the great spread.  As always, there were a few last minute details that I’d forgotten, but she rolled with it, and got me and the house ready for guests.
